Where do I hand over my bags?
Directly to SeoulDrop staff at our agreed meeting point in Myeongdong or Seongsu. Retail store staff cannot accept bags on our behalf.
Can you deliver to my accommodation?
We confirm your Seoul address and who will receive your bags before handoff. A staffed front desk is best. For other stays, we arrange a personal handoff with you.
How much does delivery cost?
Our team confirms the total price, number of bags and arrival time with you before accepting your bags. Those details are recorded in My bags.
How will I know my bags have arrived?
Open My bags to see the latest status. Once delivered, you’ll see a delivery photo, the handoff location and the delivery time.
What can I send?
Sealed shopping bags with properly packed purchases. Keep passports, cash, jewelry and important personal items with you. Ask our team about fragile items, liquids or larger bags before handoff.
