What we collect
Your user ID, international phone number, a securely hashed password and the time and version of your consent. For a delivery, we record the bag count and description, handoff and delivery photos, collection point, accommodation name and address, guest name, agreed recipient, price, payment record, status and relevant times. Messages you send through Contact are saved with your account.
Why we use it
We use this information to manage your account, match you to the right bags, perform the agreed delivery, show progress and photos, answer your messages and investigate service problems. Your phone number is contact information; entering it does not verify ownership. We do not ask for passport copies, door codes, credit card information or continuous location access.
Who can access it
You can access your records after logging in. Authorized SeoulDrop staff can access records needed to provide and manage the service. Photos are stored privately and are not public links. Service data is processed using our hosting, database and file storage providers.
Retention and your choices
We retain account and delivery information while it is needed to manage your account, provide the service and address related questions or disputes. Records that must be retained under applicable obligations may be kept for the required period. You can request access, correction, account closure or deletion through Contact; we will confirm account ownership and review the request.
You may decline the required collection consent, but we will then be unable to create your account or provide account-based delivery tracking. Optional marketing consent is not collected.
Keep photos focused on the bags
Our photo upload flow reduces image size and removes embedded metadata when processing photos in the browser. Please avoid including other people’s faces, passports, payment details or room access information in photos or messages.
